Application Guidelines

Kluberfood NH1 CH 2-460 was designed primarily for conveyor chains and oven transport chains operating at elevated temperatures in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and animal feed production facilities.

Kluberfood NH1 CH 2-460 can be pumped and applied by means of conventional centralised lubricating systems using gear pumps. Manual brush application is also possible.

Please refrain from brining the chain oil near open flames or flammable materials and keep it away from sources of ignition.

Before applying Kluberfood NH1 CH-2-460, all lubrication points should be thoroughly cleaned to ensure maximum hygiene conditions for H1 lubrication. If Kluberfood NH1 CH 2-460 is to be used in contact with elastomers or plastics, please check compatibility beforehand.
