Kluberfood NH1 C 6-150 200L drum is a synthetic high temperature chain oil based on polyglycol (PAG) oil, which is especially suited for chains running through ovens where temperatures can be extremely high and conventional mineral oils would quickly evaporate or leave heavy deposits.

This product is typically recommended for chain temperatures up to approximately 160°C, which may occur when oven temperatures reach around 300°C, depending on operating conditions. It is designed for continuous, controlled chain lubrication rather than manual grease application.

This Oil is an NSF H1 food-grade lubricant, meaning it’s approved for applications where incidental contact with food could happen. Application Guidelines

For optimum wear protection during the running-in period, chains should be initially lubricated with Klüberfood NH1 C 6-150. Alternatively, where approved by the chain manufacturer, a compatible high-viscosity PAG running-in lubricant may be applied by hot-dip treatment.

To maintain lubricant performance and food-grade compliance, Klüberfood NH1 C 6-150 should not be mixed with incompatible or non-food-grade lubricants.

Prior to applying, thoroughly clean all lubrication points to remove old grease, dirt, and other contaminants. Proper cleaning helps maintain the hygiene standards required for H1 food-grade lubrication and ensures optimum lubricant performance.
