Kluber Klubersynth BZ 44-4000 25L container, is an anticorrosion fluid based on synthetic hydrocarbon oil and a lithium soap. This fluid has been developed as a supplementary product optimising the effect of greases in rolling bearings that perform frequent oscillating and/or rotating movements.
Klubersynth BZ 44-4000 has an innovative formulation that offers a unique double benefit where the product can work as a preservation fluid protecting steel bearings against corrosion in storage whilst the additives contained enhance the performance of the greases used when the bearing is in use.
This product is easy to apply and can be used as an alternative to conventional anticorrosion oil and as a primer for subsequent greasing. It is typically used in long-term and for-life lubrication of rolling bearings for example in wind turbines, electric motors, fans, automotive components or pumps.
Klubersynth BZ 44-4000 can be applied by immersion, spraying or brush and should be shaken or stirred prior to use.
