Kluberplex AG 11-461 is a specially developed priming lubricant designed for gear rims and pinion drives, as well as a contrast lubricant for checking load patterns in gear systems. It provides reliable wear and corrosion protection while maintaining consistent performance under high-load operating conditions. The grease is particularly effective in environments exposed to saltwater and in applications subject to long periods of standstill, where dependable surface protection is essential. This lubricant is widely used in offshore, marine, and wind power industries, where components are frequently exposed to harsh environmental conditions. Typical applications include open gears, low-speed rolling bearings, guide and sliding rails, as well as steel cable winches and crane systems. The formulation ensures reliable operation and protection across a range of heavy-duty applications. A Flex Cartridge is a compact, ready-to-use automatic lubricator that operates through a chemical reaction to deliver consistent lubrication over a set period. There is now an external power supply needed and it very easy to install and the flex cartridge is ideal for standard applications with stable operating conditions.
