Kluberpaste HEL 46-450 is a black high-temperature screw paste for high-alloy steels. This high-performance lubricating paste consists of synthetic polyalkylene glycol, ester base oils, and various solid inorganic lubricants to meet the demanding needs of industrial machinery and equipment. This exceptional product is formulated by Kluber, a global leader in specialty lubricants, to provide outstanding protection and performance in a wide range of applications. Kluberpaste exhibits excellent anti-corrosion properties and impressive water resistance at normal temperatures (below 200°C). As temperatures surpass 200°C, it transitions into an effective dry lubricant, ensuring optimal performance in a diverse range of operating conditions. In Conventional and high-alloy steels this screw paste can reach temperatures of up to 1000°C. It can also be a lubricating paste and assembly paste for connections in hot air ducts which are automotive exhaust systems and also for connecting elements in turbochargers and compressors. It is also approved in accordance with VW-TL 52112 and Ford tox. No. 138624. Kluberpaste HEL 46-450 is available in 70g, 600g, 750g and 30kg.
