Description
Kluberlub BEM 41-122 is a special lubricating grease with a light-coloured solid lubricant which is designed for slow, oscillating movement. Used for pivoting bearings, rolling bearings and plain bearings which are subject to high surface pressure and extremely slow movements. Often used in applications in the aviation industry, agricultural, building and forestry machinery where steel bearings are used that are subject to premature failure and scuffing damage.
The grease is manufactured with a mixture of mineral oil, synthetic hydrocarbon oil thickener and a special lithium soap with a light-coloured solid lubricant. This special structure, combined with the fracture surface, forms a wear-resistant tribo-layers which reduces wear and prevents tribocorrosion. In turn, this increases the service life of the component. Kluberlub BEM 41-122 is available in a 450g, 1.2kg and 30kg.
