Kluberlub BE 41-542 is a heavy duty lubricating grease which is designed for use in high-load rolling bearings. Based on a highly viscous mineral oil, lithium special soap, EP/AW and anticorrosive additives, this grease can prevent premature failure that occurs with high loads and shock damage the bearing.
Kluberlub BE 41 542 is often used for high-load roller bearings which operate at low to medium speeds. The applications include crane wheels, bucket wheels, excavators, hammer crushers and mills, cold pilger rolling mills, shock absorbers in washing machines and load rollers in rotary kilns found in the cement industry. A star cartridge is a high-performance, electromechanical lubrication system powered by a battery-driven motor, providing high accuracy and consistent lubricant dispensing, making it ideal for critical applications and hard-to-reach lubrication points. Available in a 400g, 1kg, 250cm³ Star Cartridge, 25kg.
