Kluberfood NH1 94-6000 60cm³ Flex Cartridge is a synthetic food-grade fluid gear grease which uses a highly refined synthetic hydrocarbon base oil with a calcium complex thickener. Kluberfood NH1 94-6000 flex cartridge is a compact, ready-to-use automatic lubricator that operates through a chemical reaction to deliver consistent lubrication over a set period. There is now an easy to install external power supply, making the flex cartridge ideal for standard applications with stable operating conditions.
It is mainly used as a fluid gear grease for the immersion lubrication of toothed and worm gears or chains that run more smoothly with a soft grease. It is particularly suitable where a fluid grease is prefered over a conventional grease or oil and where hygiene regulations require food-grade lubricants. This grease is an NSF H1 food-grade lubricant, meaning it’s approved for applications where incidental contact with food could happen. Its use can help increase reliability of your production processes and can contribute to a safe product regime when used in accordance with food manufacturing regulations.
