Kluberfood NH1 94-6000 125cm³ Nova Cartridge is a synthetic food-grade fluid gear grease which uses a highly refined synthetic hydrocarbon base oil with a calcium complex thickener. Kluberfood NH1 94-6000 nova cartridge is an advanced automatic lubricator that uses an electrochemical drive system with temperature compensation. This is to allow for precise lubricant delivery even in fluctuating environmental conditions.

It is mainly used as a fluid gear grease for the immersion lubrication of toothed and worm gears or chains that run more smoothly with a soft grease. It is particularly suitable where a fluid grease is preferred over a conventional grease or oil and where hygiene regulations require food-grade lubricants.

This grease is an NSF H1 food-grade lubricant, meaning it’s approved for applications where incidental contact with food could happen. Its use can help increase reliability of your production processes and can contribute to a safe product regime when used in accordance with food manufacturing regulations.

Application Guidelines

It can be applied by brush, spatula, grease gun, grease cartridge or via central lubrication systems.
