Kluberfood NH1 94-301 400g Cartridge is a special synthetic lubricating grease composed of a highly refined synthetic hydrocarbon base oil and calcium complex thickener. The grease is particularly suitable for rolling bearings, plain bearings, linear guides, and ball screws operating in food-processing and pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.

This grease is an NSF H1 food-grade lubricant, meaning it’s approved for applications where incidental contact with food could happen. It's use can help increase reliability of your production processes and can contribute to a safe product regime when used in accordance with food manufacturing regulations. 

This grease is also available in three different sizes: 120cm³ Star Cartridge, 1KG, 25KG.

Application Guidelines

Kluberfood NH1 94-301 can be applied by brush, spatula, grease gun or centralised lubrication system. 

This grease is particularly effective where precise linear motion, micro-movements, and reliable long-term lubrication are required.

Prior to applying, thoroughly clean all lubrication points to remove old grease, dirt, and other contaminants. Proper cleaning helps maintain the hygiene standards required for H1 food-grade lubrication and ensures optimum lubricant performance.
